KellyOCG in partnership with HROA (Human Resources Outsourcing Association) conducts an annual industry research report to gauge perspectives on recruiting challenges, RPO solutions and adoption , as well as, priorities and expectations of global talent management practitioners.
The inaugural 2008 Global RPO report, based on 2007 research, provides a base line on the growing importance of RPO as a strategic talent management tool and shares insights from early RPO adopters.
The 2009 Global RPO report provides a comparative perspective on similar issues but in the context of the 2008/2009 global recession. Both reports share noteworthy distinctions between Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.
